The Duchy of Oldenburg was a state in Northern Germany during the Renaissance and Napoleonic periods. Thanks to careful diplomacy and skilful manoeuvring, the Duke of Oldenburg was allowed to keep his Duchy after the calamity of 1806.

United with France and the other Rhine nations, the Duchy of Oldenburg's standard flies proudly above the battlefields of Europe.
