I didn't want to do this. I wanted this to be free. But within 10 minutes of launching we had exactly 8 useful reports and a FLOOD of useless crap. Maybe this will stop the no-lifers. Obviously this only works if an admin is monitoring requests. We cannot guarantee that an admin will always be available, that our server will keep working, or any combination of these things.
