    It seems that the desk and computer are quite ###### I can only imagine the fear of the poor person why was unfortunately brought here. They could have been minutes away from clocking out and going home to their family. The stain on the floor shows that the person didn't have much time.

    Noclipping can happen anywhere at any time. The area that can be noclipped through in our dimension is only so big. It forms in blotches that can allow medium sized objects to pass through. In this case with the tree, it must have been part of a larger piece of lumber that was toppled. When the tree hit the ground a part must have passed through a noclip blotch and ended up here. The part of the tree is not living but in combination with the damp carpet has allowed new live to form.
