  • [IAH] March on Bangladesh

Towards the end of 1948, AHNZHACC Forces, mostly comprised (in this operation) of Imperial Australia-Hungarians, occupied a region in Bangladesh, on the southern end of the Chittagong division. The locals welcomed the Imperial forces, but it was not until a fierce battle between the local occupation that they were able to secure a firm foothold within the nation. The village has mostly been abandoned, though a few scattered souls still hide in now deserted houses.
