This is an experiment where you would build a connected ring around the circumference of the Earth and see which direction it would fall. This is not like Saturn's rings because they would be built only slightly above the surface as to not be orbiting around it. I was wondering if it would fall a certain direction or if it would just float because it couldn't fall.

This in no way has the capabilities to teleport you but is rather an experiment to show that even with the power of teleportation we can never escape infinity. as you are trapped in this room you may try to glitch out but you will not as you will never escape infinity. This is meant to demenstrate an idea and experiment I propose where you would be able to capture and contain someone with the ability to teleport if we were able to access another universe and fill it infinitely with a room and walls. (also just like a real experiment once you sit in the chair you cannot leave it)
