This will hopefully be in a group someday. A mall development group that I will lead. This is going to be one of many so look out for my other malls in creation. This is a WIP. I chose to make this becuase malls are very calming and you can shop there whenever. They take on a stream of shops of all differant kinds. I used to go to Cedar Lake all the time. Sadly, it could not find a owner to look after it. It was decommissioned.
