勝利城、meaning "Victory Castle." Currently the capital of the Takeda. Raid rules: No empty server raiding. No frog hopping (if this happens, the raid will be stopped and appropriate measures will be taken; i.e. banning the hopper in question). No exploitation. In such an event, the raid will be stopped, raiders banned, and a successful Takeda defence declared. Must be a minimum of three Takeda members present if a raid force of seven arrives; five Takeda if between eight and ten raiders; seven if 11-17 raiders.
