A citadel built as a peaceful haven for the 4 empires to cooperate and live closely together. The city is designed to be locked down in case of intruders or inter-imperial warfare. The main purpose though, is to provide safe grounds to coexist and to create a neutral capital of the entire continent. Any foreign assault of this city is seen as an affront to the entirety of Peurotsiil, no matter who the raiders are targeting. Each empire has a section of the city representing their way of life and culture. The tribes own several villages outside the walls and sometimes have to fight off raiders by themselves, but can quickly call for aid from the city. It is exceptionally difficult to make a water landing near these shores, as Jardian, Wyngerian, and Slongarian blockades and ports line the entire Great River. The metropolis of Outpost G is the Capital City of Planet Balthinor, an outlying planet, but a critical trade hub for the Republic. It is also houses the Capitol, the center of CTEF operations and command. Rules: Must have at least 4 CTEF members and hold all flags for 5 minutes.
