Well its fully modern and renovated, the house is completely my design and is original. You can't find this anywhere else (unless you go on Sims 3...but I built it anyways :P). All made by me for the exception of 7 specific free models: two plant designs, The trees (pine), the laptop, The Ferrari (thanks to chris), and the TV (due to the fact I was to lazy to build them/or make decals x]). If anyone else says it was their idea or design... well they fail is all I can say. Well hope you enjoy it!
